Cavtat is a peaceful little town south of Dubrovnik, where you can get away from the city hustle and bustle.

A forested peninsula with a pretty old town, Cavtat has always been popular with well-off Croatians and artists, but was only discovered by tourists in the last 20 years. It’s a great place to stay if you want to visit Dubrovnik during the day and relax in the evenings. It has a good selection of restaurants, historical sites and outdoor activities.
